AFILIATYS Helpdesk

Individual interviews are organised in its premises at 105 Avenue des Nerviens – 1040 Brussels (near the Parc du Cinquantenaire) relating to the specificities of the different insurance policies and their interest in relation to each personal and/or family situation. Until June, they are held every Thursday from 10:00 to 16:00 (office 0/009). From July, they will be held on Mondays at the same times. Appointment requests must be sent to francoiseattal@yahoo.fr.

ALLIANZ Helpdesk

Individual meetings intended for holders of an ALLIANZ Hospi Safe policy. They allow you to meet an ALLIANZ representative every Thursday from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the AFILIATYS office 0/010 at 105 Avenue des Nerviens. From July 2026, these sessions will be held on Mondays instead of Thursdays at the same times.
