A social and charitable European association
AFILIATYS is a European non-profit association (ASBL) under Belgian law with a social, charitable, humanitarian and cultural mission.
Managed by volunteers (both active and retired), AFILIATYS supports medical research (cancer, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, orphan diseases), the fight against poverty and social exclusion in the European Union, and promotes volunteering among its members.
AFILIATYS currently has some 30,000 members from the staff of European institutions, agencies and offices, the diplomatic and consular corps of Member States, international organisations and European schools.
AFILIATYS invites you to consult the section on supplementary insurance to the JSIS called HOSPI SAFE, a group insurance policy supported by a framework agreement between the ALLIANZ insurance company and our association. This insurance currently covers more than 32,000 people. Financial, psychological, administrative and comfort considerations may justify supplementary cover to the RCAM reimbursements (around 80%), so it is prudent to cover 100% of the least frequent but most costly risks, such as those related to hospitalisation.
