Payment methods

• Credit card: select this option during your subscription and securely enter your details online.
• Bank transfer: contact our team at IGOservices@e.allianz.com to arrange your payment.
• Direct debit (SEPA): complete the SEPA mandate and send it to Allianz Care for a smooth and automated payment process.

Flexible payment options

• Annual payment for Hospi Safe Sickness and Hospi Safe Sickness & Accident covers.
• Annual or quarterly payments (your choice) for the Hospi Safe Plus cover.

Peace of mind

Premiums are payable in advance to ensure continuous coverage. In case of non-payment, cover may be suspended following notification.

Changing your payment method

You may change your payment method at renewal by informing Allianz at least 30 days in advance.
