There are 3 ways to pay your premium :

- BY DIRECT DEBIT :
Fill in the SEPA Direct Debit Authorisation, and send it to Allianz Care (by email at igoservices@allianzworldwidecare.com or by post at Allianz Care - 1, Place du Samedi – 1000 Brussels)
Deadline
Premiums are payable in advance by the policy holder, solely responsible for his payment, according to the following timetable :
- On an annual basis, for the Hospi Safe Sickness and Hospi Safe Sickness & Accident covers
- Payable annually or quarterly, at the subscriber’s choice, for the Hospi Safe Plus cover
If the premium is not fully paid within one month after the due date, cover will be suspended thirty days after the sending of a registered formal notice.
Change of Payment Method
On renewing the contract, you may choose another payment method. You have to inform us by writing (Allianz Care – 1, Place du Samedi – 1000 Brussels), at least 30 days before renewal date.
A delay in payment of the premium or a former premium may lead to the loss of your insurance coverage.
